(hereafter referred to as "Gut Sonnenhausen")
1. Registration, Contract Formation, Contract Text Storage, Payment Due
- Attending an event usually requires prior registration.
- No registration is needed for reservations via www.sonnenhausen.de. Customers must provide the required information truthfully during the reservation process. Providing additional, non-required information is voluntary.
- Your registration for events with Gut Sonnenhausen GmbH & Co KG is binding and requires immediate payment. You may register for our events online. Payments are made via PayPal.
- When registering online, customers submit a binding order for selected tickets and/or vouchers during the final step of the order process by clicking the order button after entering their personal data. Prior to completing the order, order details are shown in a confirmation window, where customers can review and amend their entries. The registration confirmation is also sent by email. Please ensure your email address is active and check any spam filters. Online registration involves purchasing tickets and paying via PayPal simultaneously.
- Orders placed via www.sonnenhausen.de are stored by Gut Sonnenhausen with the order data provided by the customer and can be requested from Gut Sonnenhausen. Order details are also sent to the email address provided by the customer as part of the order confirmation.
2. Payment Processing and Prices
- Online registration payments are processed through the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereafter referred to as "PayPal"), subject to PayPal's terms of use, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full or, if the customer does not have a PayPal account, under the conditions for payments without a PayPal account, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacywax-full . Should the customer use a payment method offered by PayPal during the online ordering process, the seller hereby accepts the customer's offer at the point the customer clicks the button which completes the order process.
- The prices specified on www.sonnenhausen.de are total prices including the applicable statutory VAT.
3. Scope of Services
- The content you can expect from events by Gut Sonnenhausen GmbH & Co KG is detailed in the event description of the programme. Verbal promises or descriptions are non-binding.
- Gut Sonnenhausen GmbH & Co KG reserves the right to conduct events with different course leaders/tour guides. For a valid reason and within reasonable bounds for participants, Gut Sonnenhausen GmbH & Co KG can change the time of the event or individual course dates.
4. Event Participation Requirements
- Participation in certain events requires specific personal qualifications (e.g., age or health conditions). Customers should gather these requirements from the relevant event description. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they and any other persons for whom they are purchasing or transferring tickets fulfil these requirements.
- Persons not meeting the participation requirements are excluded from the event. A refund of the purchase price due to non-fulfilment by Gut Sonnenhausen GmbH & Co KG is not available in this case.
- Certain events require specific minimum or maximum numbers of participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Gut Sonnenhausen GmbH & Co KG may cancel the event no later than five working days before the scheduled date. Customers who purchased tickets can choose to reschedule to another date at no additional cost, request a voucher of equivalent value, or ask for a refund of the purchase price. If the maximum number is exceeded, Gut Sonnenhausen GmbH & Co KG may reject bookings.
5. Legal Right of Withdrawal, Exclusion or Premature Expiry of Right of Withdrawal
- No right of withdrawal exists for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities where the contract sets a specific date or period. Thus, this right is also excluded for contracts that involve the sale of tickets for time-specific leisure events.
6. Participant Withdrawal, Rebooking
- If you are unable to attend the booked event (course, workshop, tour), a withdrawal is possible under the following conditions:
- Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the event date. Please inform us via email (info@sonnenhausen.de) if you wish to cancel or rebook an event.
- If you provide a replacement person by 12 noon on the last working day before the event date.
- Later withdrawal for other reasons, such as personal illness or change of leadership, is not possible.
- A phone notification or deregistration with the course leaders/tour guides or absence from the course are not considered a withdrawal.
- Rebooking from one event to another within the current programme is only possible if the withdrawal conditions are met and if the new event has availability. In the case of rebooking, the fee paid for the old event is credited against the fee for the new event.
- The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
- Concert events, readings, theatre performances, and the New Year's Eve event with Innersoul on 31.12.25 are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Cancellation of already purchased tickets is generally not possible.
7. Complaints and Remedy
If the event service is not performed free of defects, participants can request a remedy. Participants are obliged to notify the organiser on-site promptly to allow a resolution. Failure to notify due to fault may result in no claims (reduction, compensation) from Gut Sonnenhausen being acknowledged in respect of these defects.
8. Copyright Protection
