History

125 years and not a bit old. There is a good reason why the estate with all its buildings, stables, the riding hall, and workshops is protected as a historic monument. And it has a story. It spans over 125 years and begins precisely in the year 1900. Back then, Baron Büssing established an elegant country estate modeled on English tradition as his personal stud farm - the present-day Gut Sonnenhausen.
